7/29/2014 - received FBI criminal report

8/9/2014 home visit for home study

8/20/2014 - adoption education complete

8/22/2014 individual interviews

8/28/2014 passport applications sent in

8/30/2014 - psychological testing complete

9/17/2014 - physical exams

10/2/2014 - medical paperwork complete

10/3/2014 - Chris' parents done with medical exams

10/3/2014 - i800a sent to agency

10/10/2014 - agency received i800a

11/6/2014 -Dru Groves begins domestic home study

11/7/2014 - Chirs' parents medical paperwork complete. Sent profile packet to bio mom in Florida via attorney.

11/8/2014 -just waiting on psychological eval for domestic home study.

Anna 13 years old

Ashley 9 1/2 years old

Ashley loves to play pretend with big and small things! She will play by herself for hours at a time, lost in her own imagination! She loves to include others in her play, too! She is very friendly and outgoing and can make friends with anyone! She is also into fashion, and is always putting together outfits for herself and others! She has grown up so much lately. Ashley is learning to be a wonderful helper with the younger ones and animals. She has a wonderful positive attitude, loves to laugh and is always ready to help!

Brianna 8 1/2 years old

Weight loss motivation - this is for ME!

Keep telling yourself that not every day will be a winner but that you will win at weight loss. A skipped jog doesn't mean failure—your next meal or sweat session is another chance to keep at it. And you'll love your results at the finish line!

The biggest weight loss mistake of all:
Make one mistake, and it starts a whole cycle of a downward spiral. Instead, admit the mistake, forgive myself, and then get back on track right away - otherwise, that one mistake is likely to bring me back to square 1!
